The evening event of the NVC offers a welcome reception for all teams, advisers, event judges and invited guests from the Portland business community. This is the first opportunity for teams to “check out” the competition with two separate activities taking place during the event.

Rules, Preparation & Requirements

• A team’s product or service should be presented as a tabletop display.
• Each team will be provided one six-foot table with skirting. Teams may rent easels, power strips, electrical cords and other A-V equipment through the host hotel. The hotel does not permit hanging anything on the walls.
• Wireless Internet access is available.
• Team members must be available at all times to discuss their concept with trade show attendees.
